Steps to export your schedule as a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file that your spreadsheet program can open.
Exporting the schedule as a .csv file: (See the NEXUS series manual page 304 for details)
Perform the following steps to export schedules into a comma-delimited format:
- Ensure the schedule you wish to export is currently open in WinLGX.
- First, you need to create a template – Do this by going to the Tools menu and selecting Export/Print templates. You are choosing the Days, Channels, and Columns you want to appear in your report. (See page 116 of the manual for details.)
- Once your template is saved, go to the File menu and select Save as/Export.
- A window will open - change the "Save as type" to .csv.
- Give it a name, navigate where you want it saved on the PC, and click Save.
- This will open another window and show your saved template files. Select the template you created and click Open.
- This will save it as a .csv file. The file can then be opened in your database program.
