      Loading a New Program into the Schedule

      How to add a new video to your UltraNEXUS-HD series server's schedule.

      Loading a new program into the schedule involves three steps:

      STEP 1: Open the WinLGX Software and Connect to the UltraNEXUS-HD

      1. Open WinLGX and connect with your username and password.
      2. From the File menu, select Receive to receive the current schedule from the UltraNEXUS-HD.

      STEP 2: Transfer the New File from the PC to the UltraNEXUS-HD storage

      1. In WinLGX, go to the Tools menu and select Storage Manager.
        1. This will open the Storage Manager window.
      2. On the right side of the Storage Manager window, navigate to the folder on your PC where the new video file is located.
      3. Select the desired storage device from the Device drop-down menu on the left side of the Storage Manager window.
      4. On the left side, right-click the video file and select Copy from the menu.
        1. A window will open; ensure the Add to Library box in the lower left is checked.
        2. Click Yes in the lower right.
        3. An  Add to Library Folder window will open; choose the desired library folder for the new video file.
        4. Click Yes in the lower right corner to begin the transfer.
      5. Once the transfer is finished, close the Storage Manager window by clicking the Close button in the lower right corner.

      STEP 3: Add the New File to the Schedule

      If you are not replacing an event, follow these steps to schedule a new event:

      1. On the left side of the schedule grid, ensure the top left tab is selected.
      2. On the bottom of the schedule grid, select the desired day tab.
      3. In the upper right corner of WinLGX, select the Library Folder containing the new video file.
        1. If you don't see the Library Folder, go to the View menu on the upper left side of the schedule grid and select "Reset Views."
      4. Drag and drop the new video to the schedule grid.
      5. The Events Properties window will open.
        1. Make sure the Lock box in the upper left corner is checked.
        2. Under the Event Start section, set the Time field to the desired time for the video to start.
        3. Click the Ok button at the bottom right corner of the window.
      6. Send the schedule to the UltraNEXUS-HD by opening the File menu and selecting Send.
      7. The scheduled file will begin to play at the scheduled start time.
