      NEXUS Won't Power On

      If the front display of the unit doesn't light up and the unit won't power on, here are some things to check.

      • Make sure the power cable is working. You can unplug the power cable and switch it out with a known good power cable. 
      • Test the power outlet the unit is plugged into is working.
      • On the front panel, press and hold the left and right arrow buttons for two seconds to see if the unit will power on.
      • If you hear fan noise from the unit, it could be the unit is powered on but the front panel display has failed. Try connecting to the unit with the WinLGX software.
      • Try unplugging the unit from power and leaving it unplugged for an hour. Then plug it back in and see if it will startup. It may reset itself.

      If none of the above work, chances are the power supply is probably no longer working.
